  • Pat Cullinane, Director

    Pat Cullinane Director

    A Civil Engineer and Project Director, Patrick is one of our Co-Directors here at Resonance.

    Pat has developed a reputation for project delivery in a high-pressure environment, preferring to work in the ‘stretch zone’, while keeping a calm and focused demeanour to be ahead of the game and anticipate issues before they occur. Pat is a people person and really succeeds when bringing people together to achieve great things, whether it’s with a team or one-on-one. Come weekends, Pat can be found with family, driving and fixing race cars, or enjoying art and design.

  • Timothy Phillips, Director

    Tim Phillips Director

    As one of our Co-Directors, Tim leads business development and manages the consulting team, all while bringing high energy and keeping the office vibe buzzing.

    With deep experience in strategy, planning, and business cases, Tim is also a Gateway Reviewer and an expert in designing and delivering workshops on everything from strategy to project delivery. Collaboration and community are at the heart of his approach, always working with others to create simple, effective solutions.

    When he’s not steering the ship, you’ll find Tim riding his bike, making music, or hanging out with Gus — our beloved office dog and Tim’s four-legged sidekick.

  • Rebecca Greenwood, Managing Consultant

    Rebecca Greenwood Managing Consultant

    Rebecca wears several hats at Resonance. She is our Managing Consultant, splitting her time between client assignments and being all-round organiser for the business.

    Rebecca’s specialty areas are project management, change management, project assurance and health checks, and developing and improving systems. She really flourishes when she’s collaborating with colleagues and clients and she gets a buzz from mind mapping and creative problem solving. Rebecca spends her weekends gardening, solving puzzles, reading, making curries and watching great films.

  • Ben Smith, Principal Consultant

    Ben Smith Principal Consultant

    Ben is a Principal Consultant at Resonance and is leading our NSW office.

    Ben is a highly accomplished management and infrastructure leader with a knack for bringing people, systems, and evidence together to solve complex problems. Through leading teams, building business cases, developing regional plans and strategies, delivering communications plans, or managing organisational changes, Ben has supported more than 100 successful transport, renewable energy, and water infrastructure projects. When he’s not at work Ben can be found surf lifesaving on his local beach, supporting the local chamber of commerce and local kids sports, or riding and running up and down the steepest hills he can find.

  • Alice Agnew

    Alice Agnew Project Manager

    Alice is a Project Manager with a background in graphic design and marketing, and experience in commercial construction and fit-outs.

    Alice has thirteen years experience in the design space, running her own graphic design business and working in advertising as a creative before moving into a design and brand management role for one of Tasmania’s most trusted brands. Born in Tasmania, and proud to call it home, Alice has been involved with projects from tourism to retail as design lead and project manager for a number of refurbishment projects all over the state. Alice brings a creative edge to problem solving, and a deep understanding of design processes and methods which she applies to scoping, planning and project development. When she’s not at work you can find Alice on the volleyball court or exploring Tassie’s amazing beaches and hiking trails.

  • Remy Boyer, Senior Project Manager

    Remy Boyer Senior Project Manager

    Remy is one of our Senior Project Managers, specialising in water and wastewater.

    Basically, if it’s in the water sector, Remy’s worked on it. He has 18 years’ experience across French Polynesia and Australia in strategic planning, utilities management and the design, construction and operation of water and wastewater infrastructure. More recently Remy has immersed himself in health projects, leading consultation, documenting requirements and managing facility builds. He really thrives when working on a variety of projects and loves the agility of working in a small firm. It’s no surprise that Remy also spends time in the water (ocean, not wastewater!) when he isn’t working, he likes scuba diving and underwater rugby.

  • Yulia Burashnikova

    Yulia Burashnikova Senior Project Manager

    Yulia is a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in and passion for business analysis, project management, solutions-oriented business improvement, and team leadership.

    Yulia strives to achieve high customer satisfaction outcomes and has a strong work ethic and focus on value, quality and long-lasting professional relationships. Yulia is experienced in liaising with a range of stakeholders including the ability to negotiate solutions and timelines and achieve consensus. She is experienced in providing leadership and strategic oversight and coordinated management of impacts arising from business changes. When not at work, Yulia enjoys her family, interior design and open water swimming all year round.

  • Daniel Djikic

    Daniel Djikic Senior Project Manager

    Based on the beautiful Sapphire Coast in Merimbula, Daniel brings a regional lens and people-centred approach to project delivery across NSW, strengthening Resonance’s growing presence on the mainland. With more than 20 years of project management experience spanning Cairns, Sydney, the South Coast, the broader eastern seaboard, and the UK, he brings depth, adaptability, and a national — and international — perspective to every assignment.

    Daniel focuses on delivering structured, community-focused outcomes for clients, councils, and project partners. He thrives in collaborative environments and is driven by work that makes a meaningful difference across regional communities.

    Outside of work, Daniel is a self-confessed rugby tragic — especially when it comes to the Wallabies — so prepare for an enthusiastic deep dive, equal parts analysis, optimism, and tough love. He’s always open to a conversation about how Resonance can support meaningful, community-centred outcomes across regional NSW and beyond.

  • Frank Duiz

    Frank Duiz Senior Project Manager

    Frank is an accomplished project, program and construction manager with a wealth of experience across public and social infrastructure including commercial / industrial construction, health, education, medium / high density residential construction, and prefabrication.

    Frank has managed a wide variety of construction programs in Australia and New Zealand. Frank is enthusiastic about leading and mentoring young professionals and is a personable and collaborative leader with considerable experience leading teams of project managers, site managers, administration staff, engineering and design consultants. Away from work, Frank enjoys Formula 1 racing, is a Newcastle Knights supporter and keen but hopeless fisherman.

  • Tany Guedes

    Tany Guedes Project Officer

    Tany is a Project Officer with a background in events management and project administration. Tany has experience in FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), stakeholder engagement, developing schedules and project reporting. Tany holds an IT Degree and is a Certified Project Officer.

    Known for her ability to multitask efficiently, Tany is a hard worker and fast learner who approaches every task with a smile. Tany is passionate about jigsaw puzzles and constructing models. Once she starts, she doesn’t want to stop. Outside work, Tany loves to welcome friends into her home for good Brazilian food, conversation and fun games. Tany’s energetic and positive attitude, combined with her skills and interests, make her a valuable asset to the team.

    Bill Hanley Project Manager

    Bill is a Project Manager and Asset Engineer, and a qualified mechanical engineer with recent experience in local government.

    Bill has proven expertise delivering infrastructure projects and asset management strategies. Bill’s passion for energy efficiency and sustainability drives his commitment to ensuring the longevity and optimal performance of critical infrastructure. He is a great communicator who is skilled at managing diverse stakeholders. Adept at using technical knowledge to lead and mentor junior and graduate engineers, Bill enjoys fostering a collaborative and highperforming team environment. Outside work, Bill spends his weekends caravanning in Tasmania with his young family, carving up trails on his motorbike, and enjoying local parks and beaches.

    Laura Joss Project Manager / Consultant

    Laura brings extensive experience in program and project management, with a strong focus on strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement. Her career has spanned a variety of sectors including education, community development and environmental services.

    Passionate about building meaningful relationships, Laura believes that collaboration at all levels is key to delivering high-quality, sustainable outcomes. She is known for her ability to drive operational efficiency, manage budgets, and provide critical operational support. Her diverse professional background includes roles in program delivery, financial management, and organisational development, with a memorable stint as a primate keeper in the United Kingdom adding an unexpected twist to her early career journey.

    Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, reading, playing music, and exploring Tasmania’s beautiful natural landscapes, often with her giant, fluffy dog happily leading the adventure.

    Marina Ladaniwskyj Project Manager

    Marina is a Project Manager with over 10 years’ experience designing, delivering and evaluating projects across multiple fields: employment, multicultural services, strategy and policy, historical enquiry and community development.

    Marina has a talent for working out the detail whilst retaining a lens on the ‘big picture’ and the ‘why’ of a project. Marina loves facilitating workshops, building stakeholder relationships and contributing to projects which benefit the Tasmanian community. Marina spoils us with delicious Ukrainian food and is passionate about supporting the Ukrainian community and celebrating the culture. She stays energised and focused with Triathlon training, bushwalking and exploring Tasmania with her husband.

  • Maude Macon, Certified Project Officer

    Maude Macon Project Manager

    Maude is a Consultant with a degree in Supply Chain Management and experience across corporate and not-for-profit sectors.

    She has experience across business, utilities, humanitarian and care sectors, and is passionate about delivering impactful projects and improving systems and practices. A committed and reliable team member, Maude enjoys working on digital and operational uplift initiatives, including intranet and collaboration platform improvements. She works confidently with Microsoft tools and has a particular interest in process mapping and designing practical, people-centred solutions that make work simpler and more effective.

    Outside of work, Maude enjoys practising Qi Gong and Yoga, exploring the Tasmanian wilderness, and attempting to grow vegetables.

    James MacAlpine Senior Project Manager

    James is a Senior Project Manager and qualified engineer with contract administration experience across a range of complex infrastructure projects in Australia and overseas. He holds a Master’s qualification and brings a strong balance of technical, commercial, and strategic capability to his work.

    He has worked with the Australian Army Reserve and as a contractor in high-pressure environments requiring adaptability, sound judgement, and clear communication.

    Based in Merimbula, James enjoys camping, golfing, surfing, and fishing, and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced project environments.

  • Darren Meany, Senior Project Manager

    Darren Meany Senior Project Manager

    Darren is a Senior Project Manager with a degree in construction management.

    Darren has accumulated over 20 years’ experience in water, wastewater and utilities, and his current focus is heath infrastructure projects. Darren has delivered numerous projects in Ireland, UK and Tasmania. His strengths include project and contract managing multiple projects in parallel, and getting into the nitty gritty of the project scope to ensure the right outcomes for the client and end user. During his free time, Darren can be found spending time with family, enjoying gardening or exploring Tassie’s light walks.

  • Nick Montague

    Nick Montague Senior Project Manager

    Nick is a Senior Project Manager with over 25 years of experience across the full spectrum of strategy, planning, infrastructure delivery, and the operational challenges faced by transport network managers, operators, and customers. He has held leadership roles across Australia with a particular focus on the railway and multimodal public transport sectors. With a strong interest in transport operations management, Nick has previously led disruptions management, special event transport, rail replacement buses, and day-of-operations network control and coordination functions in South East Queensland.

    Having recently relocated to Tasmania, Nick is enjoying exploring the beaches and wilderness across the state with his family — including on his new motorbike. A born-and-bred Queenslander, he’s still coming to terms with Tasmania’s fascination with AFL, so he’s always up for a chat about Rugby League (the other footy) and his hometown team, the Redcliffe Dolphins.

  • Colin Morrison

    Colin Morrison Senior Consultant

    Colin is an ardent stakeholder engagement professional with excellent communication, policy and analytical skills, Colin brings an abundance of experience in public affairs having worked across government and the private sector.

    With a flair for engaging stakeholders at grass roots and executive levels, he has worked across a broad spectrum of industrial portfolios, including mining, energy, water, rail as well as tourism and events. Most recently, he spent five years in the resources industry in both Queensland and Tasmania. Fascinated by Tasmania’s rugged landscape and its early convict history, on weekends you’ll find Colin down on the Tasman Peninsula hiking, kayaking or visiting its many historic sites. He also likes trying his hand at growing potatoes and garlic, albeit with mixed success!

    Dan Phillips Communications Consultant

    Dan brings expertise in stakeholder management and external communication to his role as Communications Consultant. Whether it’s stakeholder engagement, project documentation, communication analysis, or connecting directly with communities, Dan is ready to dive in.

    With an extensive background in the finance industry and a degree in education, he’s passionate about making a difference by acting as a bridge between communities, stakeholders and project managers.

    Outside of work, Dan is busy looking after his two beautiful children, learning all things Colombian, and either nose-deep in a good book or cheering on his beloved St Kilda in the AFL.

    Rebecca Ramage Project Manager

    Rebecca is a Project Manager with experience in construction and a passion for driving change to improve infrastructure for the community.

    Rebecca has 18 years’ experience in contract and project management including local and state government in Tasmania and Victoria, and spanning civil, built form, urban renewal and open space projects. Her favourite projects involve co-designed sustainable places and spaces for people, which might explain her love of mid-century architecture, art and design. A tree changer from Victoria, Rebecca heads to her forested retreat on weekends to soak up the serenity, and she is an accomplished photographer.

    Lucas Ribeiro Project Officer

    Lucas is a Project Officer with a Bachelor of Business and experience working for multiple large corporations including an international pharmaceutical company, as well as within smaller businesses. Lucas also has a Master’s in Professional Accounting.

    Lucas joined Resonance to pursue a career in infrastructure and projects, leveraging his finance and business administration background to provide project support with a particular focus on project administration and control and an interest in stakeholder management. Lucas moved to Australia chasing the lifestyle, and when he’s not busy coaching soccer he loves chasing waves around Tassie on the weekends, spending time with family and friends and meeting new people.

    Ali Rizvi Principal Consultant

    Ali is our Principal Consultant with 25+ years’ experience delivering high-quality infrastructure projects in energy, power, water, and local government, across green and brownfield sites in Australia and internationally.

    Ali has exceptional ability analysing problems from a technical and business perspective, and driving cross-functional, diverse teams towards a common goal. His contract management experience includes negotiating claims and dispute resolution, and he is very experienced managing large scale projects that satisfy compliance, regulatory and audit requirements. Ali migrated from the Middle East four years back, fell in love with Tasmania and now calls Tassie home. Ali loves to play badminton regularly and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

    Georgia Wall Project Manager

    Georgia specialises in managing infrastructure and development projects, drawing on a background in architecture to bring strong spatial insight, visual planning, and creative problem-solving to complex, multidisciplinary environments.

    Georgia enjoys seeing what motivates the people she works with and learning from the wider team, especially when navigating complex problems together. In her spare time, Georgia is an outdoor enthusiast who thrives on adventure, whether it’s sailing, running, free-diving, wing-foiling, or spear-fishing. Indoors, she unwinds with painting, reading, playing music, and singing. Evenings are for sharing home-cooked meals and wine with her husband and friends, always planning the next adventure. There’s always another one on the horizon.

  • Esther Fair

    Esther Fair Operations Manager

    Esther keeps our systems, finances, HR, and culture running smoothly as Operations Manager. If something needs doing to keep the office humming and the vibe high, Esther makes it happen.

    With a diverse background in leadership, pricing analysis, and organisational development at one of Tasmania’s most trusted brands, she brings a sharp eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving. When she’s not catching up with the team, you’ll find her happily diving into a spreadsheet or untangling a complex challenge.

    Outside of work, Esther loves entertaining friends and family or getting her hands dirty with her indoor plants. If she isn’t there, you’ll find her exploring her home state of Tassie, enjoying an oat latte, or curling up with a good book.

    Alice Doyle Accounts and administration

    Alice looks after our accounts and administration.

    Alice has an Advanced Diploma of Accounting and over 30 years of financial and administrative experience across Government, private and not-for-profit organisations. With a focus on being organised and attention to detail, Alice loves nothing more than number crunching and making sure the office is ticking over efficiently and comfortably. On weekends Alice likes to try to tame the weeds in her garden, catch up with her adult children and be the perfect slave to her cats!

    Gus Resident Good Boy & Workplace Wellbeing Champion

    Gus is the heart and happiness of the Resonance office.

    Cheerful and endlessly enthusiastic, he keeps staff spirits high with his love of chasing his ball, greeting everyone with a wagging tail, and bringing laughter into even the busiest days. When he’s not making the rounds for pats, you’ll find him curled up for a peaceful snooze under someone’s desk — doing his part to keep the team calm, grounded, and smiling.
