Timothy Phillips

Tim serves as a senior consultant in strategy, planning and business cases. He also has an abundance of experience as a Gateway Reviewer and is an expert in designing and delivering workshops on a range of infrastructure, service planning and team planning topics. Collaboration, community and working with others to develop a simple solution is what Tim values highest at work. When he’s not making us all cringe with his dad jokes you can find him riding his bike or making music.

With 23 years’ experience in public health under his belt, Gavin is our specialist Health Consultant.

Also a highly skilled project manager, Gavin has extensive experience undertaking clinical, management and strategic roles. His expertise lies in acute care and surgical patient management which includes waiting list management, patient flow and operating theatre efficiency. We can count on Gav for updates on the latest tech gadgets and he also loves camping, fishing and impressing his wife with Masterchef level meals.

Patrick Cullinane

Patrick is our Co-Director, a Civil Engineer and Project Director.

Pat has developed a reputation for project delivery in a high-pressure environment, preferring to work in the ‘stretch zone’, while keeping a calm and focussed demeanour to be ahead of the game and anticipate issues before they occur. Pat is a people person and really succeeds when bringing people together to achieve great things, whether it’s with a team or one-on-one. Come weekends, Pat can be found with family, driving and fixing race cars, or enjoying art and design.

Remy Boyer

Remy is one of our Project Managers, specialising in water and wastewater infrastructure and services.

Basically, if it’s in the water sector, Remy’s worked on it. He has 15 years’ experience across French Polynesia and Australia in strategic planning, utilities management and the design, construction and operation of infrastructure. He really thrives when working on a variety of projects but loves the agility of a small structure. It’s no surprise that Remy also spends time in the water (ocean, not wastewater!) when he isn’t working; he likes scuba diving and underwater rugby.

Derrick Clack

Derrick joined us in 2020 as a Senior Project Manager.

He brings with him a wealth of business management skills and experience in contract management, procurement and financial control. Derrick’s forte lies in risk management and strategic direction delivered with pragmatism and persistence. Catch him sharing his wine knowledge with the team (he is a wine maker!) and at CrossFit or with the family on weekends.

Peter Philp

A Senior Consultant, Peter is so passionate about his work that he came out of semi-retirement for us!

Peter has 25 years of experience in project and contract management - needless to say that's where his strength lies - and he also mentors in these areas. He is results driven, so you know he’ll get the job done and done well. He has a natural proclivity for leadership and loves passing on knowledge accumulated throughout his career. In his free time, he likes travelling, golfing and fishing.

Rebecca Greenwood

Rebecca wears several hats at Resonance. She is a Senior Consultant and our Operations Manager and all-round organiser.

Rebecca’s’ specialty areas are project management, change management, project assurance and health checks, and developing and improving systems. She really flourishes when she’s collaborating with colleagues and clients and she gets a buzz from mind mapping and creative problem solving. Rebecca spends her weekends gardening, solving puzzles, reading, making curries and watching great films.

Brendon Watson

Brendon is a graduate Mechanical Engineer providing project engineering and management services.

We’re so lucky to have him at Resonance, and not just because he turns the heaters on at 7am during winter. His focus is on plant and process equipment investigations, data management and analytics and he is developing strong skills in project management. Brendon loves sinking his teeth into a complex project and enjoys the diversity of work. Variety is definitely the spice of life for Brendon as he has way too many hobbies; including car restorations, surfing, hiking and guitar.

David Holman

A curious thinker with a knack for the written word, David is a Consultant and Project Manager. Dave's skills include contract negotiation, strategy development and writing, service offering review and business case writing.

Most of his work is undertaken in the solid and liquid waste management areas. A large part of David’s role is client liaison, helping them make informed decisions and plan for success. He enjoys interacting with different and interesting people, and yes, he means the Resonance team too. David’s always on the hunt for a good-second hand bargain and loves playing and writing music and spending time with his two joyful children.
